Sunk Pa Ska Uha
Medicine Man of the Drum, hold the quill of the mighty bird lightly,
as you swipe the feather across the surface of the charged water
particles of the Waterfall. Plume and water intimately kissing when
they meet. In the moment of one’s revelation of the illusion, the
cascade is in reality, a Sentinel Eagle. She unfolds her wings of
vulnerability before the love of the Mother’s tears, showering the
spirits of all who come to seek reunion with the life giving water.
Sunk Pa Ska Uha
Child of Still Waters, leave no one or any soul behind. Humble yourself, ask of a grandmother, mother, a sister to mix your tears with the oil of that land, for only with their permission and grace will the doorway to the deepest teachings allow the songs of the ancients you carry within, to release the nectar within their messages. Earth, Water, Fire, Wind – healing reconciliation.
Sunk Pa Ska Uha
Child of Fire and Wind, as you sit in the quiet of your contemplations, pondering so many things like loved one’s so far from the heart. And yet, service to the souls wherever the currents of your spiritual canoe takes you, the duty to perform sacred ceremony comes first. First among many equals. No ocean, mountain, storm or doubt will alter the course that has been written in the stars of your destiny.
Grandmother Annalisa Costa
Child of the White Rainbow, dear sister there are those who make things happen and there are those who make it possible. Without the incredible foresight to dream the dream, the medicine of traditional ceremony that is so needed in a cold hearted world, Is brought to flower when women like yourself step forward to support the olde traditional indigenous values that are inherent in all of us. Waitaha, thank you for your love and support of our beloved Lakota Brother on his journey of peace through your land.
